    Davido has created a new slang for being detained or delayed in the United States. He said he was 'Dammy Kraned' at an airport in the United States after his flight was delayed.

There's a new word people, coined by none other than the Omo Baba Lowo, Davido and it's called Dammy Kraned (verb).

Meaning: The state of being locked down in one place, especially a United State airport. For example - Davido was Dammy Kraned and couldn't make it in time to his show in Colorado.

Davido was stuck at the airport for 5 hours.

The singer, who is currently in the U.S for his music tour, took to Snapchat to reveal that he could not make it to his show in Colorado.

He described himself as being ''Dammy Kraned'' as he was stuck at a United States airport for 5 hours.

He wrote:

''Damn they almost Dammy Kraned me Smh

"Can't make the show in Colorado tonight!! We were at the airport for 5 hours. I'm so sorry!! It was out of our hands and there was nothing we could do. I will do all I can to make it up to you guys... God bless.”

''Dammy Kraned'' has become a new slang for being held in one place or locked down.

Dammy Krane was recently arrested and charged for credit card fraud and identity theft, though he claims he was acquitted and discharged.

But his accusers, TapJet say that the case was only delayed for a period and had not ended.
