TWO CATHOLIC REVEREND FATHERS KIDNAPPED BY ARMED MEN IN NUMAN LG OF ADAMAWA STATE. February 22, 2025 YOLA - Two Catholic reverend fathers, Rev father Mathew David Dusami of Yola Catholic Diocese and Reverend father Abraham Samman of Jalingo Diocese, were kidnapped by unidentified armed men in the early hours of today, February 22nd, 2025 According to the Adamawa state police PPRO Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, the assailants armed with offensive weapons stormed the residence of the priests at Gwaida Malam, in Numan local government area of Adamawa state around 4:00am and whisked them away. The report said, Commissioner of Police CP Dankombo Morris, Psc (+) have since launched an investigation into the abduction, with security agencies working tirelessly to track down the perpetrators and ensure the safe return of the clergymen.
